In the depths of the shattered realm, the soul of a forsaken brick rises from the fiery abyss. Once shattered and forgotten, it now burns with a vengeful fury unmatched by any paddle.

Bound by ancient wrath and fueled by the endless idle, this brick’s spirit returns—not to be broken, but to break the cycle itself. Prepare for a battle beyond time, where every bounce echoes the roar of revenge. The brick has awakened... and it’s coming for the paddle.

The game has been entirely developed by an AI to demonstrate something. Thank you in advance.

I don’t get the hate here, the game was quite buggy at the beginning and despite that I was able to play and advance while idle. That’s something not all games could do tbh xD

After the updates it seems to me that all the annoying bugs are gone and I’m still enjoying playing it and seeing that stupid auto paddle failing and repeating.

Terrible game.

Why do you say that? I'm playing for 2 days and I really like the idle mode with auto paddle, when I go back to this tab I can see a lot of new points and coins.

And in this 2 days I could watch more updates and fixes than half of early access games in steam.

You've probably never played a good incremental game then.

the bug fixes really improved the experience, and the new skills add a fun layer of progression. hope to see even more upgrades and abilities in the future

It's like Arkanoid... but with more thrills: will you break blocks or break the game? Every bug is a surprise power-up. You never know if you'll bounce off a brick or teleport to the main menu!

Thanks so much for the comment! 😄 Love that you picked up on the chaotic fun—nothing like a little unpredictability to keep things exciting! Every bug really is a surprise power-up... or an express ticket to the main menu! 🚀🧱

If you bounce the ball on like the absolute rightmost pixel of the area. The ball gets stuck inside the wall and just goes up and down inside the wall until you lose.

(+2)(-7)

Losing is part of the experience, falling and getting back up. Repeat and improve

(+1)

don't upgrade the width, the ball will go under otherwise

(+2)(-7)

Nobody said the skill tree would be upgrades :D

(+2)(-2)

Just barely lost the ball once, ball bounced under the paddle on the bottom and all lives were lost.

Breakout is a 49 year old game, glitches like this are frankly unacceptable. Try to get it working properly before you worry about scrolling tiles or static upgrades.

Thanks for your reply. The game works as expected due to the circumstances.

I'm not sure what you mean, but at the very least, reset the ball when it hits the floor. It was done that way 49 years ago for a reason. You don't need to reinvent the wheel here.

EDIT: After reading the other comment you've left, I have no faith in you making anything good. Don't change a thing; it's perfectly representative of your ability and design philosophy.

Thank you again! I hope you enjoyed it

wider paddle doesn't work ball gets stuck in it

(+5)(-1)

so Autopaddle movement is just annoying....

Thank you for your comment. Thats the point

The auto paddle is obviously slow and makes you lose, that's what the upgrades are for, it's an idle game, under the guise of an arkanoid
